And only now has the Stellantis concern announced that it will soon be closed: the first images of the new sixth-generation Jeep Cherokee crossover have been published. And while the new Jeep Compass debuted in Europe, the Cherokee was revealed by the company’s American division.
It is important that the company has abandoned the streamlined image of the previous model: the new Jeep Cherokee looks more brutal and masculine. There is very little information about the car yet. It has only been officially announced that the Cherokee will have a hybrid version with a powerful and efficient power plant. Well, competitive prices have also been promised.
The interior is not shown, and the exterior is not fully disclosed. According to unofficial information, the Cherokee is based on the STLA Large platform, that is, it has a longitudinal engine! But there is no confirmation of this yet. Not only hybrid, but also purely gasoline versions are expected. The full premiere will take place only at the end of this year, and the new Jeep Cherokee will enter the market in 2026.
